Assistant Finance & Customer Service Administrator
We are hiring an Assistant Finance & Customer Service Administrator, whose responsibility shall be to:
- Speak to and Sign up Teams Managers (joining our leagues) and Parents (whose children are joining our Academy programmes)
- Provide a high level of service to Teams & Parents & kids throughout their league & programme participation
- Ensure & Collect payment promptly
- Handle incoming calls from Team Managers and Parents
Requirements:
– Personable and also firm with managing parents & kids and football players and teams and captains
– Good phone manners
– Good work execution and work ethic
– Eye for details
– Good at Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint ). Social media (facebook, instagram etc) will be a plus. Art Design skills will be plus+plus !
